NACE RESTAURANT TAKEOVER - FEBRUARY 9, 2021
February is the month of love...and what says 'love' more than supporting our industry friends with a restaurant takeover? Join us on February 9th under the tent at Pomegranate Bistro for a fabulous meal and beverages!
Y'all ready for some of the best fried chicken and waffles in the state?? Come find a little corner of southern hospitality in the Pacific Northwest with Seattle NACE Member, Lisa Dupar Catering.
Around here, we roll with the seasons. Our menus reflect the harvest, with wild berries picked at the peak of the season, and greens grown just for us, locally.
We even make our own sausages, breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, crackers, dressings, sauces, and butter fresh every day, from scratch.
How it Works:
A restaurant takeover is just like going to a restaurant on your own, except your industry colleagues will be there as well! To join us, go online here and make your reservation for February 9th, between 5-7p for up to 5 people. When you arrive at your reservation time, you'll be seated with your group, order off the menu (view menu here), and pay from your table just like in the olden days.
Things to Keep in Mind:
As event professionals, we need to be leaders with our COVID manners. Please wear your mask when not eating or drinking out of respect for your serving staff and colleagues. While tempting to say 'hi' to folks we haven't seen in forever, please stay at your table and resist table hopping or hovering over another table. The team at Pomegranate is very diligent in the cleaning and sanitizing needed to keep their guests safe. In addition, there are clear screens between each table for an additional layer of protection and good airflow throughout the space.
In addition to good COVID manners, please note that restaurants are operating with very limited seating right now. If you make a reservation, please honor the reservation or cancel in a timely manner. Also, keep in mind the reservations coming in after you and be courteous about freeing up the table after your meal.
The dress code for dinner is 'Outdoor Dining Chic.' The tent at Pomegranate is one of the best outdoor dining tents in the state (seriously, glass walls on a tent??) but even with that, we recommend a good coat and a lap blanket. There are radiant heaters over each table but if you run cold naturally, there is no shame in bringing a blankey!
See you February 9th!
